All material on this website, unless otherwise indicated, including graphics, text, names, and logos, are protected by copyright owned or licensed by us.

Payment Terms

Payment for all services provided by us are to be made either prior to or at the conclusion of the service.  A tax invoice with be issued via hard copy or electronic means (e.g. email or SMS).

We accept most major credit cards (with the exception of American Express), EFTPOS, direct deposit and cash.  If you pay by credit card we do not store your credit card details.

We do not currently have the facility for payment plans.

Delivery of Service

Consultations are delivered face-to-face at 39 Bond Street, Enoggera QLD 4051.  Unless organised by prior arrangement, services may be conducted at your chosen location or via electronic means (e.g. Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).

In order to minimise any inconvenience to other clients and get the most from your allocated appointment time, we ask you to make every effort to be punctual.  Should you arrive late for your appointment you may not receive the full duration of the allocated appointment time.

Cancellation and Return Policy

We endeavour to send appointment reminders 24 hours in advance to your registered email address and/or your mobile phone.

Cancellations for appointment sessions made with more than 24 hours notice will not attract a charge.  It would be greatly appreciated that you contact us as early as possible to allow your appointment time to be allocated to another client.

If you need to cancel your appointment within 24 hours a cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee will apply at the discretion of the business owner.  If you cancel within 12 hours or do not show at your appointment, the full consultation fee may be charged.  Please note that exceptions may be made for attenuating circumstances.

Product Returns

 

A full refund will be provided for nutritional, herbal supplement or other products purchased from our dispensary if the following occurs:

  • The product is damaged, spoiled or unfit for consumption.

  • The product is subject to a Therapeutic Goods of Australia (TGA) or manufacturer product recall.

We do not provide refund on products if you change your mind.

A refund will be made by returning the product to Optimal Health Directions, 39 Bond Street, Enoggera QLD 4051 and a refund will be made.  If you made the purchase using a credit card, it is our preference to refund to the same credit card you purchased the product(s).
